service: mgr in¿. Leszek Kupras - CHESTER MOLECULAR - £ód¼
nazwa klienta: Lime Industry Plant

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
There was noted a tumble of the seat under the rolling bearing of the rear shaft neck attacking the WD 650 transmission gear.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
Due to the one-directional tumble of the material of the seat, the rolling bearing was centered with the help of a metal wedge and located in the part of the seat not damaged. The upper and bottom body of the seat was polished and degreased with Chester Cleaner. The lack in the seat material was supplemented with Chester Metal Super. The external bearing track and the adjacent fragment of the pressure sleeve were lubricated with Chester Release Agent separator before they were inserted. The separator was also used to reconstruct the shape of the edge of the groove shaping the cover with the pressure sleeve (in the bottom part of the body), which was torn off, by copying it from the original cover. Both bodies were adjusted. The disassembly was performed after two days.

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
After the separation of the upper and bottom part of the body, the user dismantled the cover, the bearing sleeve with the shaft, confirming an ideal representation of the bearing. The wedge setting the bearing was left in the place of its initial fastening, additionally strengthening the bearing system. The user plans a renovation of subsequent transmission gears and a crusher with materials of Chester Molecular.
