DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The worm skelps underwent the wear and tear during the functioning of the horizontal pulp press of a low cutting in an environment heavily abrasive and acidulous. Previously, the skelps were reconstructed by means of welding pieces of sheets to them. However, this year there has been taken the decision to regenerate them and secure them with materials of Chester Molecular.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
The surface of the skelps was cleaned with a manual grinder and defattened with Chester Cleaner. Lacks were supplemented with Chester Ceramic T and covered with Chester Ceramic F twice.

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
There was prolonged the life of the press. After the autumn campaign, the material at the very end of the skelp was wiped. After cleaning and supplementing it, the press can be further utilized without any additional operations.
