DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The brown bearing bushing of the counterweight shaft in the pipes underwent wear and tear as a result of its operation. The repair included an insertion of a new brown bearing bushing to replace the old own.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
The bearing bushing was made of ordinary carbon steel with an opening rolled 8mm bigger than the face dimension. The internal side of the bearing bushing was degreased with Chester Cleaner and covered with Chester Metal Slide. After the initial hardening of the Chester material, the Bearing bushing was rolled on a turning lathe and the surplus of Chester Metal Slide was taken off, achieving a face dimension.

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
This type of the regeneration facilitates a target elimination of the bronze bearing bushing, replacing it with a steel bearing bushing covered with Chester Metal Slide. There is also a possibility of a regeneration of used our bronze bearing bushings in the same way. The bronze bearing bushing used to be scrapped so far.
