DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM
The W 16 P circulation pump made in 1981 and used for pumping "the technological heat" – hot water got out of order. The input pressure 2 atm and the output pressure 16 atm. The suction body of the pump was damaged – a lack of tightness in the form of cracking (the area marked with chalk).

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR
The area around the cracting was cleaned with the help of a polishing disk and ends of the crack were punctured. Then the cleaned surface was degreased with Chester Cleaner. After the surface was dried, the capillary adhesive of Chester Molecular was applied in the crack and then Chester Metal Super, further strengthened with a tape.

ACHIEVED EFFECTS
The time of the repair was ca. 2 hours, and the cost of the repair amounted to ca. 2.5% of the cost of a new suction body of the pump.
